Another one from my trip to Cornwall.
I really don't know why I post this, from all the possible images that I have available. I'm not really happy with the composition but somehow something makes me return to this image over and over again. I guess it's something about the hidden detail in the front under the incoming wave and how the movement of the water corresponds with the structures in the sky. I don't know... Maybe I'm getting nuts.
If you are interested into more details of this and some more images, I'd like invite you over to my blog where I have posted so far one little article if you will of my trip, with a second one following during this night or at the latest tomorrow. Also I would like to point out that later today I will post a little bit of a give-away or competition.
As far as the post-processing goes, I have adjusted the white balance and some vibrancy/clarity in Lightroom with then followed by some minor color adjustments in LAB mode using Photoshop. Nothing exciting really.
I hope you like it also (I mean this with this one more than ever) and thanks for visiting.
Update: Now I actually uploaded the "dust-brushed" version....

On the other hand, the balance between the rocks in the water and clouds in the sky really works for me. It is the part that makes the image and despite the slight problems in composition I'd be proud to call an image like this my own. Now I'll just have to say good shot to you ;)

Je crois que le premier plan est trop présent...
Je trouve que l'image fonctionne mieux en éliminant les tiers inférieur et supérieur ou en utilisant un format carré. Histoire de goût !
