After enjoying the sunset at the island of Sommaroy we drove slowly back to Tromsö, stopping probably every 500m for another photolocation. The sun only hid behind the horizon and lit the sky with the most wonderful colours for a couple of hours.
We found this little bay, and I took multiple beautiful images there, always climbing more down to the level of the sea. It was kind of risky, since I was too lazy to put back the camera after every shot only to climb down a little. It was a little steeper than it actually looked, but luckily I never slipped with the camera mounted to the tripod.
I shot this one with a 3 stop GND soft filter (I think it was this or the 2 stop) diagonal through the image. In terms of post-processing I haven't done much here. Most of the processing in Lightroom with some final, subtle LAB adjustment in Photoshop. Followed by some serious amount of dust-brushing ;-)
I hope you like it and thanks a lot for visiting.
