The second day in a row with nice weather, and I have the chance to go out shooting.

With this post, I would like to introduce a new series on my blog, "The Shooting Diary". For a full "story" I would like to send you over to this article on my blog.

As for the processing this image hasn't seen much. The usual adjustments in Lightroom and some final finish in LAB mode in PS. The longest time I spent dust brushing the image ;-)

I just have to comment on this. Its fantastic. I have a book of image by the photographer Galen Rowell (who sadly was killed in 2002) and this reminds me of one of his. The light feel of the tones and subtle colours. I dream of capturing views such as this!
