As announced already last week, I break my schedule of posting a new image every two weeks, and post something fresh today.
I know this is a little bit of a cliché image but still I couldn't resist the opportunity when I passed this pier. I spotted this pier already in the early evening, but the actual image I took on our way back to the hotel in the early morning. In the evening there were two fishermen having picnic on it, which would maybe had been fun to have in the picture, but not sure would it have improved the composition ;-)
With the sun rising behind the mountains it wasn't the easiest shot to take, but with the help of my filters it went quite fine still. But the colours that night were crazy. The sun not really set, but only hid just below the below the horizon and lit the sky beautifully for hours. It was just wonderful.
I hope you like it and thanks for visiting. Also I would like remind you that the Photoblog awards are open again, and if you like my work and enjoyed your visit, you're more than welcome to vote for me here.
