As you might remember I announced a little contest in which I asked for a little help creating a logo for this little blog of mine and for all my other online presences.

And now finally today I'm happy to announce the winner of my Logo-Contest!

I received two submissions which, even though made independent from each other they share a common idea, are beautiful and fit the style of this blog and I had a difficult time to decide.

So here I proudly present the two submissions:

And the winner is... Stephan's logo! Gratulations and thanks a lot!

I think the painted style will add some freshness to the design of this blog.

I'm very thankful for both contestants for their help and effort that I decided to give away two prints. So both will receive this print together with a custom made passe-partout, singed and shipped within the next two weeks (...of course someone was so busy doing all kinds of things, that he was surprised that the 15th is already today, and that very same person, has now to get the prints ready and get the passe-partouts made. Wonder who could that be.... )

One of the many reasons for the necessity for a logo was the upcoming re-design of this blog. I have made some adjustments here already, but it still a work in progress and some more features will be added to this site within the next few weeks.

So, stay tuned for future updates and expect this site to have some quirks in the near future as I'm working on the re-design and again my biggest thanks to Anna and Stephan for their submissions and I hope you will like the print.
